As some of you know oxsarahxo sadly lost her baby girl Jessica Charlotte Reay hours after giving birth. We are arranging a star to be named after Jessica and a lantern for her resting place from all of us. We also thought it would be nice to make a contribution to Sarah & Matt so they can use it towards flower arrangements, head stone or resting place arrangements. If you would like to contibute please PM me for details. I'm Currently Feeling: | This is my first month trying it and I took it from day 1 until ovulation. I don't know the results yet as i am still on my cycle. I am on CD 21. The only thing I noticed is that when ovulation was coming, the cramping was a little more intense. Good luck! I hope that helps. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I tried it this month - took 2 tablets twice a day which is what it says on the tub I bought (from Holland & Barrett). Don't know yet either but am 18DPO and feeling nauseous and no sign of AF but still getting s! I took it after reading posts from others saying that there is actual clinical evidence that it works. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ive decided to go get some too, by the way.. Ive not had any boob soreness at all since week before i found out had a missed mc (1st week of feb!!!)... did some digging and found out can be due to low levels of progesterone and estrogen. Im getting agnus castus (vitex) and a host of other things.
Im bringing out the big guns for my next cycle, lol!! xxx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Vitex is a natural supplement (Agnus Catus) - Girls I use to take it, and just letting you know, from what I've read it takes months to get your body to start to adjust, so don't give up without results. Because you need to be on it for a while, so stick with it.
I had to stop taking it because I'm on clomid now (Agnus Catus is in itself a natural forum of clomid). You can't take the two together. Be warned (lovely Molly told me that) - because you don't read anywhere about this warning.
Good luck girls |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hi there, I've tried Agnus Castus (vitex) and dong quai for the first time this month. As far as I can understand Agnus Castus helps to balance the hormones and get your cycles regular. It does seem to have a good success rate but I think I shouldn't be taking it as I have an almost text-book cycle (sorry girls who don't that sounds insensitive)
Dong Quai is supposed to tone the uterus and helps give the bean somewhere to implant. And again a few girls here have used it with AC and gotten good results.
However, I had the most horendous pain ever on CD 9 which was like excruciating Ovulation pain and as a few girls have recorded increased O pain I did some more research on both supplements. I posted about them in my journal but in short I would recommend care with DQ as it can cause unexplained contractions of the uterus and if used in the right way can induce herbal termination. So use DQ with care. |
