Hi all,
Thought I would just ask why clear blue digitals are not very good? The reason being is, I took a cheapy test today and got a very faint line. Then about an hour later did a digital one and it was a bfn. So am confused!!
Going to retest with another cheapy tomorrow.

the clear blue digis i believe are at 50ml for hormone, many of the cheapie tests are 10-25ml. I am pretty sure when i did a digi with my last pregnancy, it had four lines inside, not three. I did open it to look. Very best of luck anyways.

Just taken mine apart, on one strip there is one bright blue line and the other two (albeit) very faint lines! What does that mean?

Oh well, will have to see, maybe too early for it to detect. Thanks for your help though!

Update

Just a quickupdate - apologies for the long gap I was away with work at conference!

I went to see my doctor on the Tues afternoon 9th - and she said to wait another 3 to 4 weeks before retesting as I may just have a very low hcg level.

She said she didn't have much faith in the over the counter tests, and that they don't normally start testing blood till 8 weeks in.

As an update yesterday my nipples started to become sensitive - that makes me 24DPO, and still no period, with nausea, tender nipples, and I had spotting 5 days before period.
Will keep you all updated!

xx

Apologies!!

I did get a First Response test, but I think it was one of the normal ones, said "use first day of missed period", so I left it and went to the doctors.

Thanks for thinking of me

Just saw this thread and wanted to share my experiance with the clearblue conception indicator test.

Last year AF was late and i done exactly the same as most. I done the test BFN but took the test apart and MissBB it looked exactly the same as your pic on the first page. In few days later AF arrived. I done the same thing the following month.
There are only ever 3 lines inside these tests even if they are negative.

Sorry hun. But i hope you get some good news from the Drs. Got everything crossed for you. Maybe try a FRER?

xxx
