Retrenchment- is when the Company doesn't feel that you are an asset as an employee to the company.. EG: she has been off so much that someone else has been doing her work while she is away- so the company actually don't need her as when she is not there her duties are still completed thou BY OTHERS..
And then to lnform all : still no news on what is happening, she did say last night she can't wait for this baby to just come now so she can sit at home and relax
