Any ideas?

I have had the strangest cycle, I never had spotting before...and now it seems to be my new thing.

I had a day of spotting before AF and then a three day cycle...and then BAM three more days of spotting. I t was really faint and I am still having slightly pinkish tinted cm, it is so light you can barely see it, but it is pink.

What the heck is going on? I never EVER have spotting, just four days of flow and I am on to the baby dancing...any ideas?

May be you just had a really light month and the spotting was the beginning and end of the light one? Wish I could help - I have had a lot of random spotting/bleeding over the years but no-one has been able to explain it.

At least I know I am not the only one confused, OH's mind jumped straight to another miscarriage, but it was just a day off from my normal cycle...and there was no unusual pain or anything...I just think my naughty bits hate me.

I know exactly how you feel. Last cycle I had bleeding on about CD21 - it was very light at first and I really thought it could have been implantation. CD 22 nothing, CD23 spotting, CD 24 blood. Then AF came on CD 27 as normal and I was

I personally think that a lot of this random bleeding could be very early MC. I read some statistics that said that most MC are not noticed because they happen so early. I don't know.

For me I have lost faith in doctors too. I have had so many opinions it seems to me like they just make it up as they go along. I have been told
  • cervical infection
  • candida
  • progesterone imbalance
  • lack of healing after caesarian
  • stress
  • STI (this was def not the case unless hubby needs to tell me st!)
  • scarring on cervix
  • being on the pill for a long time

Well.

Oh I have been told a billion different things by doctors before they actually find out what is really going on, I just hope everything is ok and I can have a normal cycle next month.

Hi,

I used to start my periods with a nice red blood flow, after my 2 m/c it's all changed. I have spotting for about a one day before, then have 2-3 days of flow, very moderate and then spotting for another 2 days and a day of very light pink cm. I think it sounds a bit similar to you actually. I was a bit worried, I didn't think I bled enough, that my uterine lining can't be building up properly. My doctor told me that after every pregnancy, succesful or not, your cycles change.
