epo and grapefruit juice!

Ok ,so i have just armed myself with epo and grapefruit juice,has any one had any success with either? is 500mg per capsule ok?

I've tried grapefruit juice before and it seemed to work, trying it again at the moment....havent tried EPO as i dont wanna start taking tablets for everything just yet
