Ouch!

Hi everyone, for those of you who don't know, I had a miscarriage on the 23rd March, I stopped bleeding on the 30th March and I'm still waiting for AF to arrive, yesterday and today I've been getting really bad cramps, worse than period pains and really low down, I usually get period pains in my lower back but this is all at the front - It's really painful - anyone got any ideas what these pains are? Has anyones sympoms changed drastically after a miscarriage - I just wish she'd arrive!!! x

Hiya, just thought i'd add how things went for me after my mc....

I had a d&c feb 22nd.. i had no (as I normally do!!!) symptoms of ov or af before she actually arrived march 25th (my cycles are usually 31-32 days so i wasnt too far off at 35 days) but when it came I had much worse cramps than normal and I bled heavier than normal. Having said that, it didnt last longer than normal...thank god

Still, though, im now resigned to things not being as they were before.. quite annoying as ive been like clockwork my entire life. Ov pains day before ov... cramps, pmt few days before af.. now its like i have to learn the signs all over again, grrr, lol!

At least things are working as they as the should.... ...all the best, hun xxx

Very sorry to read of your loss

Depending on how miscarriage was confirmed any pain that is far more than usual with bleeding or that makes you curl in aball after a positive test (regardless of test result now) should be seen hun.

Best of luck when the time is right to try again x

All I could do to help the BAD CRAMPS after my mc was use a heating pad and have some warm tea, just try to relax it will get easier.

I mc at 18 weeks had 6 weeks of bleeding (from delivering) it was tough but I found ways to get through it, just think of what helps you relax.
