how do you monitor your CM?


I know this is a really strange question but i have never done this before and thought i would try this for a few months to see.

Help would be great

tmi alert...but I just look at it on the tp when I wipe. usually I can tell the amount and consistency that way.

TMI........I actually check with my finger instead of using toilet tissue which makes changes in the cm more difficult for me to detect, especially if you keep track of how clear or white it is. I just squat down on my feet and reach in to feel my cervix, how easy it is to reach, the opening, moisture level, and then I check the cm to see how moist, stretchy, and the color of it.

Hi Becci. I've always tended to just check after I wipe, I think it gives a good indication but I want to start being more thorough (lol) so will be using amberdawn's technique, I think it'll be good to also monitor position of cervix etc
