BUt what im saying is what if i have concieved and harmed the baby but taking these tablets. I serached in on the net an dthey are used for abortions in other countries but woman that cant afford abortion. It also says that they can cause birth defects.

You need to tell your doc exactly that your worried and why

I say: Any damage that is done that early on rarely harms the baby. The cells are just forming then and they can replace and fix themselves. I really hope that is the case if you have concieved. Good luck!
