Well .. its CD8 .. has pretty much gone and I'm getting geared up to BD!
Pre-seed has arrived and I have reflexology next week on Thurs (before O)
I have acupuncture the week after on the Tuesday (a couple of days after O) and I'm trying really hard to be quiet and non-stressed and just enjoy it.
You're having a very holistic cycle this time Farie! I've got reflexology on Tuesday, not really sure when this is for ovulation really. I think I ovd on cd16 last time and Tuesday will be cd12 so hopefully in time. having said that, my cbfm has shown it's first high today. Meant to give more highs than normal in the first month of use so not taking it too seriously. Did an opk too today (!) and it was negative, no line at all....

I'm going to have to meditate or something to keep up with all this alternative relaxing therapy - will get OH to massage my feet again later

I start doing OPKs tomorrow but probably not going to get any exciting results for a week.

I'm Currently Feeling: 



I have OPKs for the weekend too, and OH bough the new WiiFit so I shall be doing lots of yoga and stretching.

And after talking to the reflexologist and acupuncturist I shall be relaxing and de-stressing.

Oooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm (meditation chant thingummy )

Quick question, can you record 2 people's bmi etc or just the one? Have a feeling DH will use it too!
