In my eagerness to try and start up my CBFM, I think I might have messed it up! Not helped by the fact I got it cheap from ebay with no instructions

I pressed the button to say AF had started when I got home from work and on reading some bits on the website, it seems that because of that, I've set this as the start of my 6 hour window to test. I was under the impression that FMU should be used so what do I do? Not sure how to reset it and if I do, my cycle will be a day out on it.

As you might guess, I'm not the most technically minded of people in the world so if anyone can help I'd appreciate it!!

I would reset it tomorrow, the instruction book states if you get your period after lunch or in the PM then set the next day as your CD1. Just reset it in the morning hun, at a good time for you

You can easily set it to CD2 tomorrow restarting your testing window as well. The website should tell you how to do that.
