I keep telling myself that I am not going to POAS until AF is late. I thought surely I could do it this month. However, as you will see I'm pretty pathetic.

So, I was putting away the dishes after work when I saw some old disposable holiday cups sitting in the cupboard. I thought hmm...those would make good POAS cups! I'll have to remember that. Then I thought, hey I'm 6DPO...there is a chance I could get an early positive (see? pathetic). So I quickly ran to the bathroom with one of the cups! I put the "filled" cup on the counter and went to open the cheapie pg tester to dip in it. When all of a sudden the little packet that keeps them fresh dropped into my cup o pee! Without even thinking I frantically dived my fingers in to grab it so it didn't "contaminate" my sample. It didn't quite hit me what I was doing until I realized how warm it was. Yes, yes, I am QUITE pathetic. Of course it was a and yes I have washed my hands 12 times since then.

Oh honey.....I won't even tell you what I've done in desperation!!!

Oh a bad case of POAS, lol I have trouble waiting too but I noticed that after I POAS and get a bfn I can wait till after af is late but the thought never leaves my head, lol let's hope the next incident turns out to be a bfp!!

doh! I have done silly things like that when poas. Don't feel bad!! Remember to test again in a few days!!! thinking of you!

4 days before AF i accidentally pee'd on my hand - tried again and dropped the container in the loo whilst trying to 'retrieve' my sample....

At least you use disposable cups.... don't come to my house and drink any squash out of my nice glasses!!

Hehehe ... I think we have all been there!

My OH walked into the bathroom the other day and said "why is there a mug on the top of the loo" .............. then realisation dawned and he just looked at me, shook his head and laughed .... and told me never to make him tea in that mug again!!!

Hehehe Farie - exactly the same happened with me! I have left a glass on the shelf on top of our loo for testing and hubbie was asking me why there was an empty glass in the bathroom! He just laughed when i told him. It is a distinctive glass though so I know not to use it! x

I should have NEVER started PIAC. Because when you PIAC, you can test with more than one HPT brand!!!! I actually tested with THREE different brands yesterday afternoon - dipped them in one after the other!!!
