OPK is Dark, but not darker?

Okay I tested last night and I had a line, but not very dark.
This morning I tested and I'd say it's pretty dark, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to be DARKER than it is in order to start BD'ing. Do I start the "fun run" when I start getting lines in general or when I start getting darker than the control line.. lines? I have a pic.. but I don't think I'm allowed to post it here. I just don't wanna wear DH out if I am supposed to start when after the line gets darker

Thanks

I think it depends on the OPK directions. Mine say something like the line is as dark, doesn't have to be darker. But others say must be darker? I just get on it when it starts to look close! But I understand the question! If you start too soon, you get really, really tired of all the BDing.......

It says "equal to or darker than" but it's soooo close to being "equal" to that I'm a little afraid to wait incase I miss it. It's my first time using OPK's so I don't have anything to compare to.

Personally... I'd start going at it now then! The surge may not last that long and the next time you test it could be lighter. I start testing twice a day once it starts looking close, and honestly, I'm never quite sure about the darkness. Going to invest in a CBFM soon so it just tells me my peak days...

Yes I might do the same, these are a bit more complicated than I was hoping for. I don't want to second guess myself and you can only BD so much before you're like.. "I need a break!" .. Thanks for the reply hun. Looks like sex is on the agenda for the night.

Good Luck & Babydust*
