Branch: I am in the AF and he has 5 more days in the Navy

Relationship? Married

How long TTC? 8 months

Stationed at Hickam AFB Hawaii for another 6 months.

Anything else you want to add? It is definitely challenging to TTC while in the military. I know that I will end up being apart from my family during deployments.

Well my doctor today was a total jackass and told me we can't conceive. *sigh*

I'd like a second opinion but where the hell do I go to get that!?!?!?

for me i can go online and make my appointments, it allows you to request a different doctor too. i think its tricare prime tho.

its the tricare website and you just click what says "see other providers schedule at this location" or somethin like that.

Ok ladies so I think I have a pretty fun round of "getting to know each other" I'm going to ask a question and the next person has to answer and provide a new question, the third person will answer both and provide a third question...no questions are off limits! Simple enough? We should be able to get a good list of questions going here! (Also, make sure to answer the question you asked as well) I'll start off with an easy one!

If you could be stationed anywhere in the world, where would it be..and why?

Honolulu, Hawaii! I love the heat, and I love the beach. We are in Colorado (US) right now and it snows about 9 months out of the year, absolutely ridiculous! Being from Texas, that just isn't acceptable to me

In highschool

We dated from the time I was a freshman. I've been with him since he joined..through basic, AIT, Active duty stations.. and even to pin him for his promotions, he's my best friend!

Okinawa, Japan is pretty freaking awesome too. It's a tropical island, so many amazing beaches and being in a different country is so cool to experience, there is never a dull moment. You can take a hop anywhere, Thailand, Hawaii, Philippians, Korea, whatever.

My dream locations are Italy, Nellis AFB, Hawaii, England... in that order. We would also LOVE to go back to Kadena (Okinawa, Japan) one day.

If we could be stationed anywhere it would be Nellis AFB (hubby's first choice) Mildenhall UK (my first choice).

We actually met online! My best friend convinced me to try Match.com after she met her huny (now her hubby). I finally caved and met the man I had looked for all my life.

How many children do you hope to have?

We are hoping to have 4. Twins run in my family so we are hoping for a set of them. But we also plan to foster, adopt and just offer our love to any little ones in need.

I'm bad at this because I've never been beyond GA until 6 months ago when I got to NC. I'm happy to be moving to Germany. But I would LOVE Hawaii or Italy!!

How did you meet your DH/OH?
Dated in highschool, went to prom in 1995, broke up and went on with our young lives. In 2006 we found each other on Myspace and kept in touch. I married young and had 3 amazing children. That husband cheated and left us in 2008. My DH's wife cheated and left in 2007. I knew this from our past emails so I turned to him for honest advice and major venting. Emails turned to phone calls and those turned to visists and it all turned into an amazing love. I am the luckiest girl on earth to have this man!!

WHo has had to deal with out of state/overseas moving and custody with an ex spouse?
