I'm Currently Feeling: | Announcing Your BFP Hi girls
You may have noticed the new section ' BFP Announcements' We have today decided having these announcements in a seperate section a good idea - I think/know some will apprieciate.
Any definate BFP announcements posted in this section will be removed by Admin or a Mod with not redirection shadow, warning or PM.
We don't want this way to interupt any questions or uncertain test results... just the definates. |

| I think it's a marvelous idea and to go one step further I will tell you why:
I believe there isn't a participant or reader on these forums that isn't affected in some way by news of a BFP. Each one is a miracle in itself and should always carry a message of hope to those of us who haven't quite reached our goal.
That said, there are no doubt times when some girls may be feeling a bit low and not quite ready to read about others success. If it was my own BFP I was posting about (I wish), I would like to give everyone the choice to read my news in a separate thread, rather than dangling the OMG BPF within the TTC forum. I think it goes without saying that we all have trigger finger over our mouse when we see one of those excited headings. My mouse is programmed to click when I'm a meter away from my computer.
It's difficult to say but true that although it's ALWAYS good news and of course everyone is happy for the lucky ones, it must come as a bit of a when someone posts their success on their first cycle and it must really hurt those who have been trying for yonks. I can afford to write this as I don't really fall into any category yet (unless there's one for the Old Folks).
Basically what I'm waffling on about is that a separate forum will give everyone a choice of reading the BFP Breaking News and create the perfect space for those lucky few who conceive on their first cycle because they are not actually ttc, they have already. |
