I'm Currently Feeling: 


Tishimouse you may well laugh, but that is exactly what I have done twice and it worked twice!!!

I sort of do a half headstand against the wall but my shoulders are on the bed and my butt is straight up against the wall.

I stay there for about 10-20 mins.
And now Im having a so it must work for me!

Hi Jacqui,

That's actually what I do too. Glad I'm not the only crazy one. It's not exactly a full headstand, but it's pretty close to it. I also do that yoga position where you roll yourself back onto your shoulders and put your legs up vertically into the air. I find it quite relaxing.

i get my hubby to bend his legs at the knee and i rest my bum on top - if i am going be uncomfy so is he!! actually he falls asleep and i lay there watching the clock, !!

I also place my bum on DH knees with my feet on his shoulders and we actually laugh so much cause DH gets all exited all over again with my bum being in the air
