Just wondering about your temps....

My temps seem quite low first thing in the morning...sort of 35.1/35.6 etc...

Is this normal, or am i cold??

Please take a look at my chart. I really could do with some advice.

Mine sit around there, especially around O time. Maybe we are just the cold hands, warm heart kind of people!

That link is just to FF site hun. You need to go to your home page and get the link to your chart.

Also, it's not the actuall temps you are looking at, it's a pattern

They are lower than mine but I don't know if that makes a difference or not. I think as long as you have a sustained thermal shift after ovulation you are ok.

FF will probably find it hard to determine when you ov / ov'd due to a lot of missing temps, however overall temps look ok in my opinion.

Thanks lady.

I discarded 2 of my temps after asking about them on here, as one was quite high and someone said it would throw it out a bit.
It is only my first month so i think i need to practise and get a routine. x x x x

It takes a bit of getting used to

Good luck with the rest of this cycle - with any luck, you won't need to chart again for the next 9 months!!

Hi Hazelnut, I don't think your temperature is particulary low, nothing to worry about anyway. Mine tends to hover around 36.3 so not much higher. And like foxyloxy said, it's more about looking at the pattern than the actual numbers. Tor x
