Since not writing my symptoms down the last few days ...

I've realised, that i probably was imaging half of it! So yeah, the gas and CP i obviously wasn't imagining, and maybe the cramps and maybe the bleeding gums, oh this could go on forever

But really, since i havent been writing EVERYTHING down the last few days, my 'symptom' list for each day is gradually reducing in size!

Sad really

But i really think, half of this stuff we probably imagine girls, annoying as that is, but its true.

I've realised that this was a pretty PP, but anyhow

Hmm, maybe not imagine. More like, we trick our bodies into having the symptoms we think we should be having.

Though the symptoms we can see (bleeding gums, veiny bbs etc) throw me a little!

And then there's the times we're like 'ooh, I've got cramp. I shouldn't have cramp at this time of the month. Is it a symptom? Is ittttt???'

And then it's just gas, or your stomach complaining about the amount of food you just ate.

I think it is because we become extra sensitive to everything we feel that we normally wouldn't take any notice of. We are looking for things, hoping!

I try not to think about symptoms ... if I do I send myself crazy!

It is very irritating AF mimics BFP in so many ways ...

I know exactly what you mean! I'd worked myself into such frenzy convincing myself that I felt all the PG symptoms that I even took at test when I had my period!! he he!

I never thought that ttc would be so stressful. It's nice to hear others feel the same way!

I've been thinking the same over the last few hours, I think AF is just late rather than not coming at all. This is the first month I used OPKs and wrote things down properly and I think I o'd at about cd16 which is pretty late which may well mean than AF will be late too. I hate admitting it but hopefully it won't be as bad when I'm expecting the witch

This month I think I was so desperate that my body began to create symptoms because my power of thought was so strong. I would imagine being sick, and I was sick physically. The mind if a very powerful tool. You read about a symptom online, and then all of a sudden you have that symptom.

I've learnt my lesson.
No more symptom spotting
