1 x vit B6
1 x Flaxseed (post-OV) or EPO (pre-OV)

Sure I'll find a few more to add if I don't get my BFP, so I'll be rattling away by late summer...!x

Whats EPO?

I take Pregnacare, Vit C and Mumomega

Plus a Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc combo if my legs start cramping at night (only take it about once a fortnight)

Miel, I take it from CD 1 to O then stop and re-start again at CD1.
