hubby always too tired

I know many people have a similar issue but today this is really getting me down. We are on out 9th month of TTC and i am convinced the reason we have not been successful is that we dont enough.

On a normal week we would prob only once, if im at peak fertility hubby seems to only manage twice. He is always "too tired" When we do we always enjoy it!!

Ive tried seduction but it doesnt work, im at a loss and dont know what to do and was wondering if anyone had any pearls of wisdom ?? or know of any good aphrodisiacs???

hi all thanks for the messages.

@crossroads - I think it is work because he doesnt sleep very well and has a reasonably physical job. not a lot i can do about it!! - i cant get him to take any time off because its his own business

@ twinkle - thanks -good to know im not on my own! If my peak fertility happens on a weekend we usually stand a better chance of bding but i need to think of a way to get him in the mood during the week! - maybe i should just start watching a load of porn!!! :-) i dnt think that would even help. If he has decided hes too tired there is nothing i can do!!

My DH has quite a low libido and is often very tired. He walks eight miles (to work and back) which leaves him rather knackered. I don't think the frequent late night "dates" with his xbox helps either! I have insisted on three early nights a week now!

Hi, my OH has a high libido but very low energy - he regularly works 70+ hours a week in his job as manager and this week has been my fertile week and we have 'boshed' twice - Monday and Wednesday and I am due to ovulate (I think) sometime this weekend. And today he's at work again *sigh*

This is our first month of TTC - but already am feeling frustrated with the lack of physically TTC !

Big hugs and baby dust for you xxx

I know exactly were you are coming from. My DH and I only BD'd once or twice a week and I knew it was the reason we werent pregnant yet. He wouldnt have the highest libido in the world but as the saying goes I took the bull by the horn

I just stopped asking if he fancied it and just (sorry if tmi) had a quick fiddle and jumped on lol (just get him to the point were he doesnt want to say no) I always find it easier before we go to bed because as soon as he lies down he is definately too tired. I sound like a raving nympho but needs must

I agree with gemma. We try to do it mostly at night. My dh passes out after. Might help him sleep better too and be less tired

My OH is exactly the same, im lucky if i get it once a month. Been trying for 3 years but its not always been like this just the last couple of months. I hope it is due to stress and not me. I started Clomid yesterday so we need to do it more now but im a shy kinda girl and have little confidence so if i dont instigate it it wont happen.

Men ay i think there all the same but you gota love em
