Pain relief in the TWW?

Hi Girls.

Just wondering if it's safe to take AF pain relief during the TWW?
TBH I really don't think this is my month....but I have terrible period cramping right now and don't know if I should take anything or not?

I'm not looking forward to this first AF on clomid...I've heard
some horror stories....

I usually take Naprogesic, but that contains IB profen I think

If they come back you can take up to 500 mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol). When I was pregnant before I miscarried my doctor and a doctor at the ER said I could take 500 mg of acetaminophen safely
