| Mum (Mom) Active BnB Member  Join Date: Jan 2010 Location: Essex Posts: 678 | Is there anything I can do to bring on AF?? I'm currently 23 days late & getting BFNs. Im desperate to get my AF, so I can start a new cycle, I want to start temping next cycle. I have been off the BCP since sept 2009, my periods were 22days,42 days & 33days. Im now on day 57, with no signs of AF, am getting really down about it, I thought I was starting to regulate after stopping the pill, now this!!!  |

| Mum (Mom) BnB Addict  Join Date: Aug 2009 Location: UK Posts: 6,460 | I have found sex can bring on  but before resorting to drastic measures - have you been to your doc and asked for a blood test? It could be that, for some strange reason you haven't even ovd yet  I would start temping now because it might give you a clue what's going on. You can always start a new cycle on FF if/when arrives.  |
