Ive tried a more relaxed approach, as said above, my friends who "stopped trying" got pregnant!

Ive stopped stressing about it, stopped temping and stopped really thinking about it. We have been "trying" for 6 cycles and when I got to the TWW I was thinking about every little thing that might be a sign then got really depressed when the witch arrived!

The only thing Ive done this month is to use my CBFM to make sure we BD at the right time!

Baby dust to all

I tried not thinking about it but everytime it gets to the time around when AF arriving i start counting the days.

It's really hard to stop trying! I was ttc no.2 for 17 months, and I stopped trying because my doc told me to stop taking all vits, folic and progesterone so we could monitor what my body was doing without the supps. Of course, i got pg that month!

My doctor, or anyother doctor i have spoken to won;t do anything until you have been trying for 2 years
The only thing that they can do is check my OH's sperm. Thats all they can do untill it has been two years
Just one big waiting game! x

My advice, stop trying, book a holiday & relax.

I asked a Doctor how to get pregnant once, and he said ' Stop Trying', I think this works as you relax more and are not so anxious.
Ahhhhhh the "relax" word again.

Yepp, maybe I do need to not think about it so much.

Congratulations on your BFP
