Vitex???

has anyone tried it? or have any experience with it? I have been researching it for awhile now and it looks good!! i have PCOS and anvountory? bleeding,,,, and my ob wont give me clomid soooooo this looks promising! any advice tips experiences??? all is appreciated!!

Its depends Kitty whether you have time to much around with it. With alot of women it makes them worse than before, the rare few do get some success from it, but you wont here alot if success stories on here. What was the reasoning for not giving you the clomid? You might be better of trying soy isoflavanes first before you got down the vitex route, you take it the same as clomid and it does much the same thing.

she wont give it to me because i had gastric bypass 1 yr ago.. and she wants me to be under 200lbs.. she says it will fix itself.... i dunno. we just want a family. Vitex seems like the answer... i dunno i see so many positive things about it.

You might find one person on here with positive feedback, if your lucky! If the only reason she wont give you the clomid is the fact she thinks losing weight will right everything, then you could try the soy isoflavanes. You take it like clomid on days 3-5 and it makes your body work to ovulate like clomid does, might be worth a try first and if it doesnt work try the vitex perhaps.
