Hi lovely,
I'm a mental CP checker! Ask away!

Yep, after the big O your cervix is meant to return it's low soft position, mine however hasn't, and has stayed, very high (sometimes unreachable) and firm.
Some people say that checking your CP is not a sure sign that pregnancy has occured, and that it's unhealthy, but i've found it a fantastic charting method.
Just before shows, your CP is mean't to go lower, soft and open ..
If you have any more q's please do ask honey

Because Bert, or Hays to you, is my buddy I went and checked mine for the first time in a while!!!
Mine is so high I can not reach it at all!! It's way higher than it was when I first got my BFP.

i used to check CP all the time as i was clutching at straws and to be honest, now it's not much different to how it used to be position wise, post AF. Having said that, it has been getting a lot softer of late which is what is supposed to happen apparantly. but i don't check that often anymore (for obvious reasons) and only check just to see what it actually feels like and where it is when preggo. So from what i've read and own experience, it can't be relied upon, hope that helps?!

Mine stayed high straight after ov.. right until AF was due. Now at 10 days late its low firm and closed'ish.. so im hoping you cant always rely on CP too much cuz if its meant to be high when pregnant, then not much chance for me as its pretty low right now.. lol

Good Luck hun
