Low Sex Drive - BDing Advice




I have a very low sex drive not that i dont want to i just dont get in the mood we do it about once or twice a month .

I was woundering if anyone has a very low sex drive and how they get "in the mood"?

I found myself not really bothered about it and I think it was due to stress and a lack of exercise. Deciding to TTC helped loads as it has extra special meaning now. You have to try all sorts - i have massage oil, kinky and sexy bed wear, tasty lubes, vibe for me and vibe ring for him. we don't use these all the time but when we need them they come out to play. Sometimes you just have to put the effort in for love.

Hi sweaty. Just wanted you to know that I don't think this is all that uncommon. Back when I was working 60hour work weeks, (before boys) I was very much like that. We sometimes would only to the deed like once a month. Now looking back, I know it was all due to stress, my diet and a general feeling a fatigue. Now, now I know that "they" say that sex is soposed to make you feel better but when you finish a long stressful day the last thing on most peoples minds is sex. It's more like show me the matress, goodnight. I don't know what you do for a living, but if your working yourself to death like I was... slow down a bit. It'll make you feel so much better!!!
And I would have laughed in your face 7 months ago if you told me changing my diet and exercising would increase my drive. Seriously. But I have to say that it worked for me. In the past 7 months I've managed to totaly change the way I think about food. I go purely organic, whole grain, no sugar, at least 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day, and get most of my protien from plants. Caffine is still a good friend of mine but I limit myself to 4 cups of tea a day. I have not only shed 35 pounds but I do feel sexier and definately got my mojo back.
Plus, like Tansey, I too have a treasure chest full of various toys, that we do play with on occasion. It helps sometimes to jump start things. Use what ever you feel comfortable with.

Thanks girls its nice to know i aint losing the plot lol

I think a change to diet and more ecercise is needed anyway so will deffo take u up on that advice.

also i have a few toys already but might invest in some new ones once we have sorted our money issuses xx
