Quick question about Lactation while TTC

Ok so I am TTC #2 and my #1 is almost 4 in April! I am 10 days till AF or testing whichever. I have not had any lactation from my breasts in over 6 months and then last night I don't know what possessed me but I started messing with my nipples to see if they could lactate and they could! This completely puzzles me but interests me too! With my first one I started lactating around 12 weeks! What do you guys think?????

Sorry dont have any input on this one im afraid. NOthing came out of my nips until my little one was born! I think i may be preggo again as my nipples are a similar shape to when i was breastfeeding. Have no input my dear. Hope you get some.

Ya I was kinda hoping for some too! Thanks! Guess I'm gonna have to wait it out until I get AF! Still is very random! And Baffling! My hubby keeps saying I'm Pregnant has been for like a week! But Idk!

I'm currently 17 dpo waiting on blood test results. I too was/is lactating as you mentioned. I don't have an answer for you yet except for tons of hormones.

When is your child's bday? My son is turning 4 in April too. That's why I was so perplexed when it started to happen to me.

I get it off and on too, its been 12 years since Ive b/f a baby its just hormones that make this happen, others on here have had the same thing too.

Nah about the only time I dont get any discharge from the ole nipples is the cycles I do get a bfp!

Just one of those things that can happen, hard not to symptom spot when it does though! Good luck to you hun!

Thanks! For the most part I have been trying not to symptom spot but it was such a random occurrence! IDK all I hope this month is that AF comes before I get the courage to test! Last month I thought I was a day late so I went into the bathroom wiped to make sure af wasnt there and then peed in the cup and put the stick in and wiped and it was solid red! I could have just cried! I threw away the stick with out even waiting!
