I'm Currently Feeling: 


I'm pretty much carrying on as I did before TTC, try to go to the gym/exercise class 3 times a week but most of the time I only manage 2 - definitely nowhere near 15 hours, no danger of that!

I am in the army and I HAVE to run at least 3 times a week... The doc recommended to do LIGHT cardio while TTC

I know, 15 hours a week is ridiculous!!!! Funny how she says most women who visit her do too much - I don't know ANY girls who do more than 15 hours! Even my hubby, who's well into the gym, doesn't do more than that!!! x
