thats exactly what i think..some young mums are the best mums i know!!

Hi ladies, I'm 26 but I would like to say that my hubby and I lost a baby when was 18, I didn't know I was pg until I went to the hospital, but it was ectopic. After that we both really wanted a baby, we were going to wait until we were married, but after that lost we decided we wanted one right away. After 3 months I ended up pg , I just turned 19. But this pg turned into a MC, my hubby and I decided to wait a year, so we can plan our wedding. I went to the hair salon so I can get my nails done and one of the ladies, came up to me and said you look too young to get married, she's like how old are you? At that time I was 20 and told her that. She was like oh my you shouldn't get married. I just smiled and ignored her. It wasn't her business and I loved my hubby so much and knew this is what I wanted, we were together for 2 yrs before our wedding day. But it took us two years to even get pg again. I finally had my daughter. I wanted to have all my children young so then I can really live my life, watch my kids grow and work and everything! But now I'm 26 and my hubby iS 30, we are trying for #2 and want at least one more after that. See what happens!

All I have to say is that some people are going to have their 2 cents about things, but only you and your spouse knows whats best for yous. You do what feels right! Theres nothing wrong with young love or having kids young, as long as you know what your getting into and can support the child. I say go for it!

Hi! I am also trying for my first. On cycle # 5 with no luck. I am 21 turning 22 in March, and my DH is 27 turning 28 in April(not that young). I understand what you are saying about people putting in their two cents about TTC. This is why I havn't told anyone/Talk about TTC. I don't feel as if I'm too young, but i think at any age people will judge. Anyway i hope your time TTC is a short one

me and my OH feel that its right and its what we want..

i turn 19 tomorrow so its nice to know im wont be the only 19 year old TTC!!

ive made some great friends on here who understand to an extent, but its always nice to talk to someone around the same age!!

how does your OH take the whole TTC business? mine loves it..

Just don't worry about what other people say. My dad was upset when I had the ectopic pg, and when I got pg the second my dad was happy about being a grandfather, but still upset with us. The 3rd time I was pg my dad cried because he was so happy, but passed away when I was 4 months pg, I wish I never lost the other two pregnancies, just so he would be around to see my daughter, but things do happen for a reason!

Don't know why people judge, even when they don't know the person/people!
