Anyone ever feel flu-like before their periods?

I get this most months. Head aches, body aches, feel really tired and sometimes even sick. I actually feel like I've got the flu for at least a few days (although not to the point where I can't move...I just feel like crap). Sometimes I even get the jitters, like caffeine shakes? And sometimes I feel dizzy. This has been going on for a year or so I think. Does anyone else get this or am I just weird?

Hi Jenna-Marie,
I don't get quite such strong symptoms before AF. I tend to be bloated, spotty, paranoid/depressed and have the usual AF cramps. I don't think it's weird though as everyone reacts differently to those crazy womens hormones. It must be awful for you. I guess if these symptoms are absent it would look very positive for you. Best of luck
