Trying to concieve with long periods and a short cycle!

Hoping someone or anyone can help!!
My partner and I have been trying to concieve for 8 months, we already have a beautiful daughter who is 2 in march.

I have a 25 day cycle but my periods are so long that according to most ovulation calculators I'm sometimes still on my period when they said I supposed to be ovulating???? I bought some ovulation sticks to try this month and tested from day 8, but no positive result when I was "supposed" to ovulate, I did however get a faint test line for 2 days a few days AFTER i was "supposed" to ovulate, which would suggest a change in my hormone levels.

We've been having sex every other day from when my period stops but still nothing, just worried that I may not be ovulating? or perhaps the sticks are not accurate? Not sure if to see a doctor or not really? we concieved our first within 4 mnths and I was on the pill previous to that, and I've not been back on it since so I thought it would have happened by now!

I have a 26 day cycle and can O anywhere between cd12-14 with a 12 day lp, they are of course shorter when I O a bit earlier, but when they are 26 days I O on cd14. Those online calculators are not real accurate, they had me out by a week so dont go by them! You may just O later and have a shorter luteal phase you will find.
