fab well done!! just a bit of advice though i have just done a big weight loss thing and i noticed that i lost alot in one go (a stone and a bit) then it slowed down loads so when it slows down dont give up it is happening just a bit slower!

youll have to buy a whole new wardrobe soon!!!

good luck

Thanks Uv, i hate it when it stands still, been thru the weight loss rollercoaster once before, i lost 41pounds in 3months and stood still for a few weeks, but i am going to keep to it, and maintain it even when i get my BFP, just do lighter exercise thou, but i trully feel great......

The best thing i could have done for myself, was just to move my mind and body away from TTC and being able to see results

That's amazing. Well done and keep up the good work. I agree that having an alternative goal and achieving something is very healthy whilst ttc. Takes you mind of the whole milarchy.

Congrats Jacky...have you ever tried apple cider vinegar capsules. My aunt went on them and lost 21 pounds and my cousin lost 44 pounds. They did it with only changing diet and exercise a tiny bit. Keep up the good work.
