Sorry about the test Alice. But you just had your first AF after coming off the pill. Your body is still getting used to being without it. Don't despair and try not to worry! (I know, easier said than done... )

I think Journey means that your cycle may not be clockwork so soon after coming off BCP...for many, their cycle is a a bit whack (28 days one month, 32 days the next month etc) after coming off BCP. If this is the case, it may take a few months for your cycle to regulate.

In any case though, i do hope the stays far far away good luck

hi alice my test was barely there pos n wouldve missed it had it not been for an eagle eyed friend that was on day af was due so dont give up hope and if youre not pg this cycle why noy try some opks you can get them very cheaply thats how i pinpointed my o day after i had stopped depo injection best of luck to you x
