Hiya Cat, you should use EPO from CD1 till ovulation is my understanding. There's a thread about some of us gir's experiences in the ttc products section. Personally I found I was drier than usual and didn't get much change through my cycle. My skin was much better though!!! I think i'm very much in the minority though as most people find it increases their CM. Another tip in that thread is to take a glass of grapefuit juice each day Who knows why these things work!!

I was doing my Tesco online shopping and I saw EPO on the vitamins bit...so a light went on in my small brain and I though...hmmmm, that helps with TTC doesn't it???
So I bought it....not having a clue what to do with it!!!

I am REALLY crap at this TTC lark.....I try to be really grown up and knowledgable...but I am still 17 at heart and do impulsive things!! hehehehe

Oooo I'm a funny bunny!!!

Aww thanks pet. I feel priveleged to belong to the club. To be honest I've been a closet member for some years now. But TTC has really accelerated things! I've only been temping two cycles so I'm still a member of temping 101! Maybe I'll move up a class in 3 months or so.....
