I don't know hun .. i don't know .. i'm just worrying about everything. I've got myself worked up into a right state tonight.
The whole thing has just exploded, i'm crying with worry. I got a BFN this morning, and i just thought, well maybe i didn't even ovulate!
My cervix is almost unreachable .. i'm just worried that because we haven't BD much this week, then maybe if i have ovulated late - i've missed my chance.

I'm so sad .. I just want to know whether it's possible to ovulate this late into a cycle!

Whoa, Alice, calm down. You're right you've got yourself into a state and crying is good for you. Have a meltdown and then stop panicking. Its probably possible to ovulate this late in a cycle if your cycle is very long - like 40 days. I think if you ovulated at this stage and had a short second 'half' it may be no use to you anyway as the bean might struggle to stick.

You may have ovulated you may not. There's nothing you can do about that. You know the girls are always telling us that it only takes one BD at the right moment and woof, there's a BFP. But you also know it can take ages to get that bean. So take a deep breath, calm down and remind yourself that making a baby is something you do out of love - honest, simple, love between you and your OH. It shouldn't cause you to cry.

(the fact I balled my eyes out yesterday is irrelevant lol!!!) But it does mean like most of the girls here I know how it is to feel desperately sad, confused and even angered by the whole ttc at times. Hope you feel better soon

Oh, Ally, its so tough. I needed the girls to really help me through Sunday and Monday. TTC really messes with you sometimes. I really hope it just takes you a couple of days to get your head back in a good place.

Do you temp or use OPKs which make you think you may not have ovulated or is it just a feeling you have?

I haven't ever used OPK's. I had Ov pains on my left side (I always get them) about a week after Af then i guessed that Ov would happen approx 14 days after my AF. I only had my first natural period on March 13th!

Hi Alice. I'm new here but I hope you don't mind me chiming in!

I get OV pains too on both sides. I have a long cycle (35 days) and I usually OV on CD21. My AF was on March 11th and I Ov'd on CD24 (April 4). So to answer your question, yes, its possible to OV "late" in a cycle, if you normally have long cycles or if you're stressed, which it sounds like you are.

Try not to worry. Wishing you lots of baby dust!

darn TTC gets the best of us sometimes, sweet. Anything is possible, OV late, early, ontime. AF due for you in the next couple days? (looking at your ticker). I do hope she stays away from you . Nic had some really good advice, so not much else to say but to lend my support and lots of !!
