Ring them back and kick off Hays - get him to tell them he's going out of his mind (prob true, we are) and that its not acceptable. He's under enough stress without them adding to it. Get him to tell them to ring the lab immediately and chase it up. You CAN NOT wait over the weekend - its not acceptable.

Ur docs are so laid back- I remember they were like this with ur tests!!!!
Anyways- yeh do what Lisa says.....I did that on a test last month and I ended up ringing the hospital where they test myself....and I got the results.
I think the people that put the test results into the computer at ur Docs have too many breaks!!!!lol

I'm Currently Feeling: | ant phoned the clinic and they said they have the results but they cant find them at the mo,so they are going to hunt for them then phone him back!
what a bunch of DICKS!! its not just any bit of paperwork,its fecking well important!!!how can you loose them!
