Justme - You have to go to a different place...well at least where I have to go you do. It costs &120.00. I don't think this is covered at all by most insurances in the US. DH said he would do it, but it is too much to do it at home. You have to not have sex for 2-5 days...and the specimens have to be at the lab within an hour and a half. To transport them there, you have to hold the cup to your skin to keep it at body temperature. Seems like a lot of work but they might be open on weekends. I haven't looked that much into it. I want to get my ultrasound done and make sure that I am alright. Getting a SA is kinda a last priority on the list.
