I'm Currently Feeling: | The thing is, my doctor is so bloody unhelpful. CD77 is really horrific, though. I do feel for you.
Doctor, though, he never really bothered before, just said “Well, if you don’t come on, come back in a couple of weeks.” He never bothered to find out WHY I was missing three months at a time. Never really cared either way.
I cannot blag a year has gone until July at the earliest because I was being tested for kidney problems around that time and I told them I was about to start trying. They hurried my tests up because they knew I wanted to get pregnant so that will probably be on the notes somewhere. Its just getting me down, now. I have no hope in Hell with trying to ‘read’ my cycles because no cycle is ever the same. I also had a good 10, 11 days of EWCM this month so estimating ovulation was not happening either.
What is postoval and metformin?
As for testing, I tested today, against my own head. I knew I wasn’t, but the waiting was doing my head in. Had waited 24 days to ovulate so I just could not wait any longer. Wanted to know either way. Obviously, it was BFN and AF will arrive tomorrow…I knew that…
Just wanted to be sure. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | http://home.intekom.com/pharm/akromed/postoval.html for the postoval & http://home.intekom.com/pharm/merckp/glucoph.html for the metformin
I have actively been trying now 9months and in the 9months i had about 3normal cycles, so these meds are not only mine but my doc's last treatment before we do surgery, surgery is called ovarian drilling |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ouch. That sounds horrible. If it works, though, then that might be a good thing.
Am going to go next week, have decided. Going to take a couple of days off and just go, demand that the doctor talks to me and does not fob me off like he always has before. See I have suspected I had PCOS for a long, long time, now, but have always been too scared to find out. Having said that though, when I had kidney testing done they scanned my womb and ovaries and nothing was ever said. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ah hun
You should definetely go and see your doctor. Try to see a female one if you can, hopefully you will get more sympathy out of her.
I know that they always say wait a year before seeking help, but that is with a regular cycle. There are things they can give you to regulate your cycle. They have to do something if it is effecting you as badly as it is. All the stress won't be good for TTC either. Go and see a female GP and stress how upsetting this is all becoming to you. They'll have to listen.

I'm Currently Feeling: | EllaCruz, have you thought about maybe switching doctors? My doctor at the moment is fab, but I've had a few GP's who have been a bit pants really (... I had a Mirena coil fitted about 3 years ago, but it took me 5 attempts with 4 different doctors to convince them it was suitable!). Maybe if you look into getting a more sympathetic doctor you might have more luck - can any of your friends recommend one for example? I'd definately mention your concerns about PCOS too, at the very least to put your mind at rest x | | | | Status: Offline
