I'm Currently Feeling: | Agnus Castus Well as many of you will know I'm not exactly in the most positive of TTC moods at the moment but I'll still go through the right motions and try to prepare my body for the day when hubby and I actually get together at the right time!!
SO, AGNUS CASTUS......
I remember a post on here a week or so ago, but can't find it - what are it's benefits and when do I take it? I bought some on Friday but I've got another week or so of my cycle left. | | | | Status: Offline

| Hi Nic, what is does is regulate womens cycles don't know how or why but mine was about 35-40 days and i took it for one month and it was 27days!
I would however check witha medical practicioner if it is ok for you to tke whilst ttc and don't take with other medicines always read instructions! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | hi girls, AG I'm a bit like you and not in need of 'regulating' but UVlolly I do like your story!! Hmm, that sounds more promising! Pixie, the problem is there really aren't any instructions which is why I thought I'd ask the B&B girls for their advice. I'm not too sure about the timing of it. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hey Nic
I am taking it this month. I have bloody great big horse pills which I take 1 a day (does say up to 3) with liquid. I take mine at breakkie along with my vitamins too.
I am taking mine not to regulate my periods as they are very regular (boring eh) but because last month I was hit with dizziness and nausea and had to take the day off work I was so bad.
I have not heard it helps to get a BFP (but I may be wrong).
I have another week till the old boot is here so fingers crossed, my PMS will disappear (yeah right!).

I'm Currently Feeling: | well i didn't need it for regulating but took it with Dong quai as together they're supposed to tone your uterus and help with implanting and also dong quai is supposed to help with your CM which i only used it last cycle and noticed such a difference in my EWCM. There was loads more of it and it was really stretchy. And also, dong quai is sort of like a natural aspirin (mild blood thinner) and so isn't supposed to be used whilst on AF. Needless to say I'm not taking either of those now. I was taking Agnus castus before but it was only once i used dong quai that i notice a difference and i don't know if that's what had an effect but i'm preggo now! | | | | Status: Offline
