I'm taking agnus, hoping it will shorten my cycle. I haven't had any effects still, but I don't know if I was taking a high enough dose. I could only find it in whole dried berries and made tea out of it. I just got capsules of the stuff in the mail today so I'm still hopeful they´ll work. I didn't know about dong quai but I take EPO for more CM, seems to work.

Do you girls know if we should only take Agnus castus from CD 1 - ovulation like with EPO? Or is it ok to take it until you get a BFP?

Indeed I do Rumpskin, especially when starved of BD for FIVE weeks while hubby is at work. That's two cycles gone!!! So yes, I have a bit of a mind for double entendres!! But then I always have so the hubby working argument is actually a white lie meant to make it sound better

Thanks for confirming that we should take AC at Day 1. I hope that my CD 1 is this Sunday and so the pill popping shall begin!
