I really can't remember but you can chart it on my monthy cycles, you can put symptoms on there so you know what to expect the following month. And I always put it in my calendar on my mobile phone. I need a reminder to tell me that I will be grumpy and horrible.... he he

Ah, I don't need a reminder - my OH does that for me; once a month, he starts acting really, *REALLY* annoying, and then I know I'm due on!!

owo, I'm in the same boat as you are. It's my first month off the BCP, CD30. I've been on the pill for 7 years and haven't had a period in the last year, so I have no idea what's going on cycle wise. Do you have any symptoms from going off the BCP? I've had tender breasts and cramps for weeks now. Unlikely that I could be PG, but it sure would be nice. . .

I'm in my first cycle off BCP. Prior to taking the pil back in my early 20s I was extremely irregular and didn't ovulate a lot of the time. I was on the pill for 12 years and went off and had regular 35 day cycles afterward, much to my shock and delight. Had my son and went back on the pill for 3 years. Just went off the pill last month and Ov'd on CD24. With my son I Ov'd on CD21 so this first cycle seems to be only a few days off from where I was 3 years ago. Now I'm just waiting to test!

32 days after coming of the pill. and my 2nd cycle was 32 days too. Before i went on the pill i had a regular 28 day cycle and on both occasions when i came off the pill when trying for my sons i had a regular 28 day cycle but i changed my pill a couple of years ago to marvelon and that seems to have messed up my cycle. Its so damn annoying

This is useful for me too. This is my first cycle off the pill in over 5 years, and I'm not entirely sure what to expect. I'm on CD5 today. Hopefully I'm not in for too long a wait. I'm crossing my fingers for regular, short cycles, but I'm doubtful!

I've had cramps on and off and a couple of weeks ago my nipples were really sore. They have been like bullets ever since. Wondering if they will ever go down

The last couple of days my face has broken out in a load of spots. Reminds me of my teenage days
