Short periods?

I have been on the depo shot for many years. Went off last January and just started to have periods last August/September. My periods have seemed really, really short and I wondering if I should be concerned. They are about 3-4 days. I usually have about a day and a half of it being pretty heavy.

I really don't want to have any problems.

Have you tried temping to make sure that you are ovulating?
3-4 days is a normal amount of time for some people.

I am starting to do the temperature thing this cycle.

I think that is the best thing that you can do. It can tell you so much. I would do that for a cycle or two and make sure you are ovulating.

I think 3-4 days is perfectly normal. When I was on the patch my periods would last about 4 days but since I have been off the patch my periods only last 3 days. I've been to the doc and there are no problems.

That's about how long my periods are.
I never considered them short.
They've always been that length, and I had 2 kids, no problemo.
I wouldn't stress about it.
