couple of days now til ov


hi ladies. Not long now til i hopefully ov - am trying to prepare myself the best i can - anyone got any tips????
also, does anyone know whether it should be Bd every other night or every night? i heard every other night - but don;t want to miss an opportunity if you know what i mean??!!

From what I've read BDing every night marginally increases your chances (not by much at all). Do whatever you feel most comfortable with

somebody told me that doing it every other night ensures sperm are up to thier maximum potential???

I'm currently reading Zita west guide to getting pregnant and it doesnt make any difference to the sperm if your bloke has a normal count....so up to you.....if you wanna BD everynight its fine....thats what i'm doing but dont get stressed about it, just do it if and when you wanna!!! make it fun as its supposed to be xx

From what I've read, as long as the sperm is healthy there are absolutely no problems with BDing every night.
