Aww honey, I'm sorry

Some tips for charting...

* Always take temp first thing in the morning, around the same time (I set the alarm) and before you get out of bed or move around.
* Check your CP, I know some women feel grossed out about it, but I find it a strong indicator.
* Use a BBT (correct thermometer) - it has a temp reading that goes to TWO decimal places, which is a much more accurate reading.

Good luck darlin

Wow, so sorry to hear it hon!

But you do have the right attitude for the next cycle. And charting helps. Keeps you pro actively obsessed at least

How did you get your blood tested and results that fast?!? :O

Good for you that there was no wait. I guess I have lived in Sweden too long, you getting blood results a few hours later is like accepting there are unicorns!

Hey Carley, im sorry you didint get a bfp, makes you feel like rubbish doesnt it?? You sound positive about it though, you arw right there is next cycle so fingers crossed for you. im 10 months ttc and am trying hard to be positive about it all too. Hard though isnt it?
Ney Ney's right, charting your temps is good indication,I did mine for the first time last cycle as i do use the clear blue ovulation kits every months just so i know exactly when i ov (as my cycles are all ove rthe place) but just to def make sure i was oving, i monitored my temos last month and they were bang on. So that might help. Got my bbt thermometer off ebay for £2.00 i think.
Hope it goes ok for you, maybe the charting will give you something to do and take your mind off the upset xxx
