Ok, I have some really dumb sounding questions for you ladies ....

CD - what constitutes day 1?
Is it the 1st day of AF's visit or is it 1st day after her visit?

EWCM - does this signal the start of O?

Do people BD only around O or all though the month?

Which is better, lots of BD or BD every couple of days to make sure spermies are strong and healthy?

CP - what the hell am I feeling for?!?

CD- i count mine as the day withh full flow, ie if it started in teh evening as spotting but next day was full flow then i count the day with full flow as CD1

EWCM- this signals the start of your fertile period, you can get it a good few days before youa ctually O

Bding- Up to you really, some people can do it through the whole mon th, some people that much BDing is too much and stick to the fertile time. BDing through the whole month would give you a better chance incase you miscalculate your ovulation date

you can certaily BD everyday if you want, BDing every other has just as much chance as everyday and gives your man a chance to replenish

CP- its like a little dimpled bump inside....
