Okay ladies so not in the morning as the hormone is disipated after the night. When then? 11? Is it better in the afternoon? What's the best time to pee on an OPK for most accurrate results?

I'm sure I read somewhere that it's two in the afternoon (yes - it's here http://www.ovulation-calculator.com/...ts/opk-faq.htm) but I don't find that time very practical. I've been doing it at 7 pm and now I've got an extra (faint!) line have been advised on here to test in the mornings too x

I use to do it right after lunch, but then again I work nights so it was convenient

I have read that around 10am is good and not to drink much before you poas

I do it at 4.30pm cos that means I need to stop drinking fluids etc just after lunch. Struggle to do it any other time as if after work, I sometimes go out so POAS in the cinema or pub a no-go. Work loos are quite quiet so good place to do it tho people do ask where I disappear to! x
