Stupid OPKs!

I am such an idiot! This is my first cycle using opks and I thought it was the same as hpg tests, any line was a positive. So I saw my first line on Thursday (CD14) and have chained poor DH to the bedroom since then. More positives (or so I thought) for the last couple of days, today is the first with no line. And then this morning I realise the opks were probably all negative because the result line wasn't as dark as the test line!!

Still a bit confused as had EWCM for the last few days so hopefully all the bding won't go to waste! Will start using my cbfm from next cycle anyway and ditch the cheapie internet opks, they're too confusing.

don't think I'll tell DH about this!!

It's been my first time of using them this month too - they've been stressing me because I thought I wasn't ever going to have a second line, had my first faint one yesterday (day 14 of 26 / 27 day cycle). And another this morning, am hoping it will be darker tonight.

Because I didn't have a line before yesterday I'm hoping that means I'm having some sort of hormone surge or the beginnings of it. Using that logic you've probably done the right thing anyway (although that's my logic and I'm new to all this!!!).

Hope it's worked for you

Well that makes sense that you BDed. If there is no line today at all maybe you "peaked" already and those faint ones coupled with your EWCM are what indicated you Oed.

Good luck!

That's what I was thinking. Hopefully the cbfm will make it all a little less confusing - or even better that I won't need it next month as I'll have had my bfp!!
