I never went to the FRG meetings. That being one of the main reasons, but mostly because what you said about the clique's. They really do tend to flock together.. and I'm not good with meeting people by obligation. If that makes any sense. I don't like feeling obligated to like/get along with a bunch of women I don't know.. and I'd rather get to know them outside of a "meeting" type atmosphere if I did.

Hazelnut & Steph- Don't feel bad I was a U.S. military wife for about 6 months before I even understood half of the things coming out of the mouths of people around me. It takes alot of time! If anyone says anything that you don't understand feel free to ask us, We can help you learn, no problem

but we arent US military we are UK military !!! completly different ball game

I know I read that I mean if you have any questions about ours.. Just ask and we can help. But I agree, completely diff. ball game.. I don't know anything about the UK military either.. lol

I hear ya about being left out, I get left out because Im not an officers wife, Im not an enlisteds wife, Im an active duty member with an active duty spouse.

United States Coast Guard representin!!!!
we only deploy by choice but my husband is on a boat and gets underway for a week at a time. Weve been trying for a year now, charting my fourth month

hay iam with you iam am a British RAF wife we have all the meetings and coffe morning about being deployed and we have a sqdn coffee morning every month, i dont feel left out as i used to be NAAFI so i know alot of the boys through that and i am always out on the drink with them so they keep me in the know, lol but we have a clique of our own lol if ya names not down you aint coming in LOL, hay stephwiggy i was in london theother day we parked at raf northolt are you around there any where x
