I think opks are tricky - never had a pos before today, and today I followed the instructions to a T. You have to not pee for at least 4 hours before testing and have little liquid intake in this time in order to make the concentration enough to detect the surge.

Before finding this out I just used to test whenever I thought I was going to ov, but never had a pos. I had the pos today on both internet cheapies and Clearblue test.

have you ladies seen the new patch from duofertility??! this stuff is all so confusing, how can a patch you leave be and read at your convenience not be ideal?? i think i am going to sign up for the tests...anyone else here in cambridge area and want to give it a go?
