What Happened To Me? I Collapsed Last Night! Info inside!

I have been TTC since April 2009. In late Aug i was pregnant but i lost it in early Sept, it was a natural m/c.
I have been trying again ever since. Here are a few symptoms i had so far this month.
Also last night i passed out, totally fainted, hit my head of the work top and remained unconcious for 30seconds, OH was briliant and took care of me, i was so scared. A paramedic came and checked me over and everything seemed normal, heart etc.

Last AF - 21st Dec (lasted 6 days): normal

28th Dec
Sore right (.) 30th Dec

31st Dec

3rd Jan
Pink CM & Sore (.y.) 4th Jan
Same as above 5th Jan

9th Jan

and feeling randy 11th Jan
Feeling randy and Ov Pain 12th Jan
Also since 11th Jan i have had more of an appetite.
Today i am 7DPO and CD30. I started temping on sat but i know it wont count but they are rising each day.
My cycles are 35-36days.

Forgot to note...i took a 25m pregnancy test today it was neg but i have a niggling pain of my right ovary.

Not sure about the fainting as that could be anything but glad your ok now, must have been scary, as for the niggling in the right ovary I had that the month I got my BFP so could deffo be a sign.

Sorry to hear what happened, they said in pregnancy your sugar can drop and that could make you dizzy or faint, I've done it before, or if you were diabetic that happens too.. but the from the sounds of it with the twinging right side, your possibly already pregnant, maybe you took the test too early... I'm not a doctor, just things I hear and read. Good Luck & Baby Dust....

Get that BFP!!

I Really hope its good news.
Yes last night was a nightmare...it was incredibly scary and i have a very sore nose and upper lip!
So yes i took the pregnancy test today at just 7DPO, maybe to early!

Im a bit worried about my temperatures which i started taking Saturday...i will post them on a new board.

in my opinion, 7dpo is certainly too early. the earliest i would test would be 10dpo. the hormones the pregnancy tests pick up are released once the egg implants and implantation usually occurs from 6dpo onwards and then hormone levels double every 36-48 hours. keep positive, i hope you get your bfp! xx

I guess i was worried as i passed out last night and panicked.
Now the pain in my ovary area is bothering me...it could be a cyst? If its implantation would i get some bleed?

you dont always get implantation bleeding. i am not sure about the pain in your ovary, are you certain its your ovary and not your uterus?
