What's the earliest symptoms can start?

I know my symptoms may just be in my head - but I'd like to know, on average, what's the earliest they can start?

Also, is "ear popping" a symptom? I woke up with my ears popped, or feeling clogged.. for no reason, and it won't go away!

Really? Hmm. Well I don't feel like I'm getting a cold or anything - it's just my ears, and it's pretty darn weird.

Well that's good to know. I've been sneezing a lot, and I think I read SOMEWHERE that that can also be a symptom. I really hope this is a good thing then!

I have heard it is not possible for symptoms to start before implantation, which is several- what, five or six?- days or possibly a week post-ovulation.
Until implantation, your body is not producing the hormone that makes you have symptoms. Until then, the egg, although fertilized, is just sort of floating around in your uterus, just like your egg does every month... the fact that it's a fertilized egg wouldn't make you feel any different than you would any other month; once it implants, though, you might feel a little something.

Thanks. I am not sure when I ovulated, though, so who knows. AF is due in 8 days.

Yeah, I don't really know when I did, either.
I'm new to this TTC business.
I'm not temping or using OPKs; I tried to predict ovulation by checking my CM but it never got to eggwhite, at least not that I could see.
So I'm just guesstimating that I O'ed sometime between cycle days 12 and 16.
At this point, it really doesn't matter, because we're BDing every day.
As time goes on and we both get sick of it, I may have to do a better job of predicting my "fertile window".
